9 Palaces Qigong as a tradition and lineage transmitted from the southern dragon sect to the northern part again in the white cloud monastery at Bejing. Dr. Wu got the task by the transmitting
master du to spread this knowledge. So it is open secret now at least in the first level.
The astonishing part is, that massaging exercises do have this effect with simple Qigong exercises. Well as content of southern schools it is reported but not known by its alchemical content.
